Giving you your breasts back

If ever you’ve needed a team ethic and support from a plastic surgeon this is where you need it most. Breasts and breast surgery are my passion and I know how much they mean to a woman, I see it every day. Nobody would wish a mastectomy on anyone, but together we can get your breasts back.

There are many variables to consider when reconstructing a breast. These include the necessity for further radiation to treat your breast cancer to possible donor sites for autologous tissue reconstruction.

What is most important is that you know this is a process and that together we will do all it takes to get your breast back.

When we team up we will make decisions on surgical options and complication risks and I will guide you through the process and surgeries.

We can reconstruct using a prosthesis, a latissimus dorsi flap, a TRAM flap or combinations of these options and we can do single or multi stage reconstructions – in most cases a successful breast reconstruction usually involves at least two surgeries and possibly minor ‘touch ups’ afterwards.

I get great satisfaction from completing a successful breast reconstruction and I get enormous joy from watching the results give confidence to my patients. I can explain in greater detail in my consulting rooms.

Being a passion of mine, please let the reception staff know that you are visiting for a Breast Reconstruction consultation and they will ensure you are seen to as fast as possible.
